Return And Exchange

Let us remind you that you have 7 days from the date of the arrival of your purchase to exchange or return your items. If you wish to return your items, or exchange for another size or model, please send us an email to with the subject return / exchange in the title and indicate your order number. To return your items, please just put the garments back in the box, together with the completed form included and seal it well. No additional documents or printing required. The garments must be in perfect condition with labels attached to be accepted. To organise the return, please contact the parcel company you wish to use or in the email please mention you would like us to organise the return and we will let you know what to do next.

You can return your purchase within 7 days of receipt. At anytime within those 7 days you can return your purchase. Taxes and shipping costs (and any additional charges) are not refundable.  

All returned items must be in their original condition. All tags, labels and replacement buttons (if any) must not be removed. The original shipping box must not be damaged. 



Available product return options:

The amount of cargo that will occur due to product return of your online purchase is paid by you. After logging in to for your return transactions, under the 'my orders' option, select the cart with the products you want to return and click the order number.

Click the "Exchange / Return" button and choose the reason for the return. If you want a different size of the same product, choose the size you prefer.

You can continue the return step by filling in the required information on the form that you will see.

Check the box to accept our Return Policy. An e-mail will be sent to you with your return instructions.

Add the invoices coming out of the box with your order and add them to the box. Click the link provided in our return email and enter your digit waybill number, located under the barcode of your printed returns label, after making sure your country / region is correct in the upper right corner of your page. Review your information and choose a suitable day and time for the courier to pick up the returned product from you.

Call the courier company or visit its web address to find the phone number of the nearest contracted cargo branch. for spain, for other countries we ship to Remember to provide the account number for your country, which appears in the email we sent you for a refund.

If you wish, you can take your return to the nearest contracted cargo service point. We prefer that products be returned to us through our own service. You can return the product using any secure company, but in this case you are responsible. If you want to make a return shipment with a courier company we do not have an agreement with, please send us an information mail first:

** The product must be delivered to the cargo to be sent to us with the invoice by providing the necessary return conditions within 7 days after the return request is created.
** If you could not deliver the product to the cargo 7 days after the return request was created (provided that the i nvoice date does not exceed 7 days), you must create a return request from my account - my orders step again.

Refunds are made depending on the payment method you used to purchase. When the transaction is completed, the return confirmation is sent to you by e-mail. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If it has been more than 10 days and you have not received your refund account, please use the return confirmation we emailed to your bank. Thus, your process can be accelerated. EU countries and Turkey, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through the MAX. However, you can get help by contacting your local customs o ice or by contacting a customs agency.

Our contracted courier company will receive your product free of charge for replacement from your home, workplace or a di erent address. To make a size change, after logging into, you can select the cart you want to trade and click the eturn / change option. You can continue the change step by filling in the necessary information from the form that comes up.

EU and you're outside Turkey, taxes, tuition refunds and belongs to the shipping charges will occur due to change, if you want to change models instead of physical changes you must first return the product you have received and you need to purchase again.

- Gift and exchange refund If you want to change a MAKSU product that has been presented to you, please send an email to our e-mail address below. There is no refund in gifts.

- Faulty, Deformed products Products are considered to be erroneous, as seen on the website or if they are not of satisfactory quality. Please note that products damaged due to accidental or improper use are not incorrectly evaluated. If the item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 3 days from the date you received it.

- Colors We have made every e ort to show the colors of our products displayed on the SHOP website as accurately as possible. However, since computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices di er, we cannot guarantee that the color display of your monitor will be completely accurate.
